Here you will find the essentials of how we handle the data you send us through the enquiry or order form, by e-mail or by phone.

Who processes the data

What data and why

• Name, company name, e-mail and phone, so that we can reply to you and make arrangements.
• Loading, delivery or drop-off addresses, dates and information about the goods, material or container, so that we can prepare a price and handle the job.
• Data needed for invoicing, if we agree on a job.

Legal basis

We process the data to prepare a quote at your request and to conclude and perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep invoicing data because accounting and tax regulations require us to (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). By ticking the box in the form, you confirm that you agree to this processing and that you have read this information.

How long

Enquiries that do not lead to a job are deleted within 1 year at the latest. Data relating to completed jobs is kept for the period required by accounting and tax regulations and then deleted.

Who has access to the data

The data is seen only by our employees who handle the enquiry and by the providers who supply our e-mail and accounting services. We do not sell the data or pass it on for marketing.

Your rights

You have the right of access to your data, to rectification or erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability and the right to object. Just write to info@dvoraktransport.cz. If you believe we are not handling your data correctly, you can contact the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ) (uoou.gov.cz).
